I izmedju ostalog govori o razvoju mozga od kad smo bebe, sta i kako i gde, zatim pominje samo delove mozga koji su za emocije i odnose, i mnogo lepo i detaljno objasnjava meditacije, kao i njihove opise (ima ih vise), tacnije vodi nas kroz sve to.
Na osnovu ove dve knjige mi je ne samo dosla nada da mogu da resim sebi svasta (ako ne i sve), nego i optimizam i nacin borbe (sa vise frontova) za psihicke probleme koji god da su u mojoj glavi. Ja sam vec imao iskustva u meditacijama ali nisam znao mnogo toga sto su me obe knjige naucile (narocito druga), i zato nisam imao narocitih uspeha, a samim tim ni trajnih.
Probajte, naucicete mnogo a necete izgubiti nista. Ja cu davati neke citate iz knjiga vremenom, citate koji su po meni vazni. Ali moj savet je da mi trazite linkove kroz private i da se sami ucite i borite za sebe.

Trazi na netu neuroplasticity. Ne postoji licnost koja je 'upisana u kamenu', to je mit. Bukvalno sve u vezi nas moze da se promeni. Plus mozak nije razvijen do 20-i neke. Ono sto se razvija od kad smo bebe je desna hemisfera - emocije. One prave podlogu za razvoj licnosti. Na to misli nauka, a samim tim i psihologija (imam vise naucnih knjiga koje to dokazuju). Ali cim se razvije leva hemisfera sve se menja. Sustina je da rade obe hemisfere, desna dozivljava i salje emocije, leva im dodeljuje vrednost i rasudjuje o njima i tako se menjamo. Necu dalje od ovoga. Bilo bi lepo kad mi admini ne bi obrisali ovaj post Hvala unapred.
Ne znam koliko ce ti uspeti eksperiment jer postoji mnogo vise pitanja od navedenih da bi se neko upoznao kako treba
