Svidja mi se recenzija. Jos uvek mi je mucno citati knjige na engleskom, jer nisam bas fluent skroz :D tako da bih volela da mi neko posalje nju sa prevodom, a moze i na engleskom, samo treba da je u formatu u kom moze tekst da se kopira.

Jesi je procitao? Kako ti se cini, nesto kao Panic Away (opcenito napisana) ili nesto puno naprednije?

ja sam je citao i prva je knjiga koja postavlja stvari vezane za anksioznost, fobije... (unutrasnje nemire uopsteno) na pravo mesto!
moja prva i jedina preporuka!!!
cisti mnoge zablude, kosi mnoge sablone i sto je najbitnije nudi ti samopomoc a da nisi ni zurnuo u proslost u smislu samoispitivanja, samokorekcija itd... koje predstavlja izuzetan teret i zaludan posao...!!!

Meni je dobra kokica poslala knjigu na mail, pa cu je ja rado poslati svima koji zele, samo mi sibnite vase email adrese na pp.

Ja sam ti je preporucio svojevremeno i ti si se odusevio njome. Sad je ta terapija prevazidjena, ima jos bolja: PSTEC. :)

Moguce da jesi, mada se ne secam.
Samo zero sam pogledao tu pstec, ima neki audio ne?! Njega nisam hteo da skidam, da kuckam itd...
Sve sto me tera da se vracam u neka stanja, ili da mislim o njima mi ne odgovara... vrv sam zato digao ruke od nje.

OK, to je tvoj izbor i ja postujem to. Ali ja nisam zeleo polovicno resenje. Ne zelim da citavog zivota radim zen budizam ili nesto slicno, recimo jogu itd. A kod psihologa ucis da promenis svoje misli i da se nadas da ce to promeniti tvoja osecanja. Ma da, sigurno!

Da, sa PSTEC-om moras da se vracas u "neka stanja", kako ti kazes, ali je to uvek poslednji put u zivotu. :) Na primer, ja sam radio sa PSTEC trakom na dogadjaju iz predskolskog perioda mog zivota, kad sam dobio zestoke batine od mame. Citavog zivota sam nosio bes u sebi zbog tog dogadjaja. Nakon sto sam zavrsio rad na dogadjaju, ja ga se jos uvek secam, ali kad ga se prisetim, imam samo neutralna osecanja u vezi njega. Nema vise besa u vezi tog dogadjaja. Zavrsio sam sa tim dogadjajem i radim dalje. A jednom kad sve odradim, gotovo je! Cao, nema vise... :yahoo:

Eto, u tome je stvar. Hocu trajno da resim probleme i da zavrsim sa tim.

Potpuno se slazem za zen budizam i jogu, samo ne znam zasto to pominjes u kontekstu ove knjige?
Slazem se i sa pogresnim pristupom kad su psiholozi u pitanju, davno sam digao ruke od toga i to kad mi je pomoc bila najpotrebnija. Koristili su Cbt prokleta bila.
Slazem se i da je bolje nemati teret iz proslosti nego ga imati, ali meni nije trebala pstek traka da bih ih se resio.
Imam ili sam imao i ja traume, mogu i da ih se setim, nekad mogu i da ih ponovo prozivim, ali je bitno kako na kraju iz toga izadjem, odnosno kakve relacije stim u vezi napravim.
Sada sam svesnan da to sto sam ja doziveo kao traumu uopste nije morala da bude. Svestan sam da su i drugi imali slicna ili ista iskustva, sa manje unutransnjih posledica nego ja. Sa manjom traumom, ne?!
Dogadjaji su dogadji, ono kako ih mi okarakterisemo je u stvari i ono sto nas vodi ili sputava.
