Previous studies have led researchers to believe that individuals with social anxiety disorder/ social phobia have too low levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin. A new study carried out at Uppsala University, however, shows that the situation is exactly the opposite. Individuals with social phobia make too much serotonin. The more serotonin they produce, the more anxious they are in social situations.

Onda SSRI blokiraju prirodni seratotin i inhibiraju ga,a zavisno od doze SSRi dobijas manje ili vise seratonina ,,,ima logike.

Nisu SSRI Boosteri prirodnog seratonina ,ne ,ne

ja vjerujem u ovu teoriju jer svi serotoninski lijekovi stvorili su mi  osjećaj društvene neprilagođenosti i inhibiranosti kao i osobne inferiornosti u odnosu na druge. to je vjerovatno zato što previše serotonina smanjuje dopamin

Serotonin vital at night for brain to recharge and rebalance. Associated with delta waves in the brain. Too much: nervous, hesitant, vulnerable to criticism, desperate desire for interpersonal relationships. If deficient: become the self-absorbed personalities and the rule-breakers. Lose sensitivity to others, flout conventional values as beneath them, make their own rules so others are damaged. Boundary between truth and lies becomes blurred. Symptoms: inability to grasp concepts quickly. Loss of visual memory - e.g. inability to remember faces, colours, pictures, symbols. Insomnia, PMT Addiction to boost levels: alcohol, sugar bingeing.

Koliko sam shvatio zasluzan je za raspolozenje ili agresiju.

:o  i am shocked  

ispade da dobijam upravo onakvu terapiju kakvu ne bi trebalo da dobijam što se tiče SF , ali valjda što sam otišao s depresijom dole onda nije ni loše ako sam pio 2 mjeseca SSRI.

pojma nemam , hvala za info

moraću da razmotrim ovu situaciju ubuduće

meni su serotoninski lijekovi smanjivali socijalnu fobiju i uvijek postanem društvena i pričljiva dok ih pijem

meni više pašu dopaminski lijekovi.

nismo svi isti, nekome nešto odgovara.

meni isto tako kombinirani. serotoninski mi možda malo smanje anksioznost ali i
dalje nemam volje ni želje za druženjem i socijalizacijom.
lijekovi koji djeluju na GABA i dopamin najbolje mi odgovaraju, ali i malo serotonina nekad dobro dođe.

ja dopaminske nisam još ni probala, a vjerojatno ni neću ako ostanem u ovoj državi, nema ih, ali nekako imam osjećam da bi mi pomogli :D

I meni više odgovaraju koji djeluju na gaba n.t. kao i na dopamin, probao l tirozin ali me umrtvi, probao GABA 500 mg (1500mg)  neznatno poboljšanje, iduće probam Pharma Gaba jer navodno prelazi krvno moždanu barijeru, probao l taurin i teanin neznatno poboljšanje. Probao ekstrakt gospine trave pojačalo mi anksioznost. Svak s ovim poremećajima je priča za se tako da treba naći odgovarajuću terapiju za poremećenu funkciju neurotransmitera. Ja trenutno idem u pravcu detoksikacije, čišćenja probave i obnove mikroflore, unos probiotika kao i prebiotika, pravilno izbalansirana ishrana i pojačan unos vitamina i minerala...
