zašto toliko pobogu, ja pijem 350mg magnezij oksida i 6 mg cinka, uz njega mi dođe i vit.B12, B5, L-glutamin i L-serin

How to Take

Recommended dosage, active amounts, other details

Zinc has two standard dosages. The low dosage is 5-10mg, while the high dosage is 25-45mg. The low dose works well as a daily preventative, while the high dosage should be taken by anyone at risk for a zinc deficiency.

Different forms of zinc contain different amounts of elemental zinc, which refers to the weight of the zinc molecule by itself (Note: Product labels tend to mark the elemental weight)

  • Zinc citrate is approximately 34% zinc by weight. For a dose of 50mg elemental zinc, take 146 mg zinc citrate.


  • Zinc sulfate is approximately 22% zinc by weight. For a dose of 50mg elemental zinc, take 220 mg zinc sulfate.


  • Zinc gluconate is approximately 13% zinc by weight. For a dose of 50mg elemental zinc, take 385 mg zinc gluconate.


  • Zinc monomethionine is approximately 21% zinc by weight. For a dose of 50mg elemental zinc, take 238 mg zinc monomethionine.

Zinc should be supplemented daily.

Superloading zinc by taking up to 100mg zinc a day is confirmed to be safe in the short term (2-4 months), but because this dose is higher than the 40mg Tolerable Upper Limit (TUL) of zinc, prolonged superloading is not advised. Zinc’s intestinal uptake is hindered by other minerals, including Calcium, Magnesium, and Iron, since they all use the same transporter. If the transporter’s uptake limit (800mg) is exceeding between these four minerals, absorption rates will fall. Taking less than 800mg of these four minerals at the same time is fine.

meni su ovo baš pretjerane doze, osim za nekog ko uopće ne jede, a i tad su mi pretjerane :D

Ja uzimam oko 20-30mg cinka dnevno ovaj grip me nije zakacio a svi su bolesni bili ja nista...
Pamcenje definitivno bolje mozak brze radi naucio sam 100 cifara broja pi...
Prosto rade klikeri
Imam i dalje one moje bube ali u manjem obimu budu i prodju brzo...
Mene laneno seme vadi i to samo tako...

na mene isto fino utječe, barem mislim da je do cinka ne bi znala, ali ne osjećam se više umrtvljeno

Sigurno je do cinka...nisam ga pio do skoro..predajem deci u skoli i prosto zakucam ne znam gde sam stao i zasto sam sta rekao...sada pamtim kao slon..lako ucim...puno sam citao o cinku i pokazalo se da je sve istina
Mozak prosto radi na cink...kada nema cinka tumori divljaju i ode psiha..

Ja moram da nabavim negde cink malo bolji sve sto pijem je jako slabo

a koji piješ? Ja pijem samo 6mg, uz magnezij čini se da radi, imam više volje, jučer i danas sam vježbala, počela sam opet knjigu čitati, učiti strane jezike. Mada djeluje mi kao da mi se glavobolje pogoršavaju :unsure:

Pa pijem neke nase domace nasao sam cink citrat kao sumece kupio u liliju... 100 din 3-4 tab dnevno je malo ali je suludo piti vise...
Imam anafarmov cink glukozat od 7mg ne tako sjajna varijanta nisam znao citrat je puno bolji tih popijem po sta ja znam isto 3-4 dnevno koliko se apsorbuje ne znam,ali to nadoknadjujem lanenim semenom i ostalom hranom koja sadrzi cink ako se uhvati i 10-15 mg super do ne nadjem neko resenje
Ne znam da li postoji cink koji moze da se prima kao inekcija cisto da da neki boost pa posle suplementi

kod mene cink oksid, zasad ću se držati njega pa ću vidjeti na duže staze kako djeluje.

Udjem ja u apoteku po lekove i pitam za mg citrat. Ispostavi se da imaju samo americki Solgar koji kosta 1800 dinara. Svi ostali su oksido ili hloridi i kostaju oko 400 dinara. Bas sam uzela da probam, ali vec mi nije dobro u kolikom sam minusu.

djelovao mi je nekoliko dana, zapravo vjerojatno nije ni djelovao, nego si svaki put umislim da će mi nešto djelovati pa nakratko i djeluje

magnezij mi definitivno pojačava glavobolje, veliki minus za njega, ne znam zašto mi se to dešava, jučer ga nisam popila i konačno mi se smanjila glavobolja

e mati reci  mi molim te koliko se secam ti si nesto pricala o cinku...koji se ono najbolje apsorbuje? znam da ima citrat i jos neka dva
